Ramstore hypermarket would like to retain its ever-growing number of loyal customers. For that reason, we offer the club card which represents a special discount card.
The club card is used in order to receive certain discounts for all the products which are presented in the Ramstorama brochure. Every three weeks a new brochure is printed. Every day, Ramstore Hypermarket offers discounted prices, but the loyal customers who own club card will receive additional discounts and benefits.

Every customer can purchase a club card on one of the many cash registers for a symbolic price of just 50 denars. The customers can start using the card as of the moment they purchase it. Only a form with basic data about the owner, like address and phone, is necessary to be filled in and thus the owner will receive additional benefits via mail. The validity of the card shall expire in two years.

At the moment the owners of the club cards can receive only one type of discount:
Certain discount percentage of the products displayed in Ramstorama.
For everyone that uses the club card during the shopping, the NCR system integrated within the cash register automatically calculates the discount and displays it at the end of the bill. The difference is deducted from the total sum in just a second. In order to calculate the discounted prices, the club card is to be handed to the cashier before the reading of the products barcodes begins. For a more convenient preview of the discounted prices, they are displayed in the Ramstorama brochure and on the special labels besides every product within the market.
The Ramstore Club Card represents an opportunity for purchasing products with certain discount which are displayed in every Ramstorama brochure. They can be purchased on every cash register for the amount of 50 denars. The customers can use the card from the moment he/she purchases it, and all that you have to do before every shopping is just to read the card through the NCR system so that you can receive the discounts.
A certain form is necessary to be filled in, and you can seek one at the Information Desk in front of the entrance of the hypermarket or on our web-page.
By purchasing products with your club card, you are becoming potential winner of various prizes. The potential winners, i.e. the last 7 numbers of the card, are published in the daily newspapers and in Ramstorama.
